Which university do u think is the best : Baylor, University of arizona, nmsu or University of texas-austin?

UT is near the top of the "public ivy" universities in the country. It's also in Austin, which is consistently one of the top 5 U.S. cities each year. UT and Ohio State go back and forth for largest university in the U.S. Baylor is also a great private university. I would rank as 1.) UT 2.) Baylor 3.) Arizona 4.) NMSU
