When should my BAH show up in my pay, back BAH as well?

Im owed 3 months of backpay BAH, I submitted my paperwork on March 30th, I just checked my LES for May 1st. My BAH,nor my backpay showed up. Is this normal? Im really tempted to walk into PSD on Monday and chew this PS3 who handled my request. Help, please.
