Is the Mall of America Overrated?

yes it is overated...especially if you are not a shopper....it is mainly a place for teens ,and gangs to hang out, when it gets too cold to be outside.....I have lived in the twin cities for 15 years and have been to moa twice ,all the locals shop elsewhere , moa is for the tourists.
