Theists/Creationists: Why do you believe in a human-centric universe given the size of the universe?

The universe is 156 billion light years wide at minimum, there are over 100,000,000,000 galaxies each with around 1,000,000,000,000 stars (and that's just in the KNOWN universe), are you really so vain and so ignorant as to think that we are the centre of the universe and that a god created you for some divine purpose? Do you really think it so improbable that intelligent life could have arisen?
