In your opinion, do any rock or pop* songs justify being longer than 10 minutes?

2112 by Rush is over 10 minutes and it is completely enjoyable. Rush, Jethro Tull and Dream Theater are the main bands that I like with songs regularly over 10 minutes. I think that outside of progressive metal/rock that most songs should be under 10 minutes because the listener looses interest after about 6 minutes.
