Suggestion for my daily meals?

hye..i do aerobic every morning..and evening i do jogging and workout for my muscles.. what is the good meal for my breakfast, lunch and dinner..??in order to decrease my fat n maintain my muscle..i do workout since i was 16.now im 22, but i still dont get it what i want for my body..but i still have the fat on my stomach..please help me..thank you..
