Well I hope that you have a lawyer that specializes in workman's compensation cases. Don't go in there without representation as you could be forced into something that you don't even realize has happened. The implications of what goes on in these "hearings" can be catastrophic so again find a lawyer that only does workman's compensation cases. Also make sure that you have read the workman's compensation booklet that your state puts out. By the way this is not an unusual thing to have the bills rejected especially when there is no push back from your side.
