Obama's security team is the same people that allowed?

4 terrorist attacks on the USA to go unpunished except for Clinton having the Aspirin factory bombed and allowed 20 terrorist to train to blow up the trade center and the Pentagon. Due to Clinton/Panetta policy of not allowing the CIA & the FBI to exchange information and not allowing eave dropping and now we have these same people back in power that will emasculate the intelligence community. Since Obama has done this with full knowledge of their past history be guilty of at least "manslaughter " if even one person is killed by a terrorist on American soil??
