ok - listen. This is very serious advice: If you have to question whether or not a guy likes you - then you are probably more into him then he is into you. Stop wasting your time yzing an arm touch or conversation. If a guy really likes you - he will make it so obvious - you dont have to play guessing games. It sounds like this realizes you have some issues bigger than he cares to be involved in (yes, cutting IS a big issue - I had a friend that did that and had to send her to the hospital a few times so I am aware of the psychological implications that go with this behavior) It seems he wants to only be a friend.
