Is David Icke right is the world really ran by reptilian shapeshifters from other planets?

The Reptilian Over-Lords have not yet taken total power over the world or they would not still have to use their shape shifting ability to conceal their true identities. Once our Reptilian rulers have enough power and feel secure enough our world leaders will reveal their true Reptilian forms.
