I have Power of Attorney - Can I take my Husband off Business?

My Husband is currently deployed for a year, I run the business, I have for the three years we've had it. We have a lot of issues, one being he hasn't touched me in seven years, yes, I said seven years! Now I found out a girl employee has been sending him packages and emails, among other things. We've talked about divorce and he told me that he wants to sell the business when we divorce. I left a high paying job and devote all my time to this business, if we sell the business, I would have to start from the ground up and the job market sucks. I have POA over all personal & business while he is gone, can I take him off the business completely? If, I can take him off, will I still have to split the business profits or partnership with him if we divorce?
