I'm suing my local hospital do you think i have a good case?

See my girlfriend and i just had a baby boy..but he came out kinda dark..kinda really dark..but i'm white and so is my girlfriend. You can obviously see that the hospital made a mistake...they most of put something in my girlfriend to make my baby boy Tyrone come out black...how much do yo think i can get out of this?
