ity - A choice?

I have noticed many people outside the church no matter the denomination understand that homeuality is - wrong - as it is a choice? However, those outside the church and with a lustful heart accept the many excuses for this act. Murder's, Rapist, Homicidal Maniacs and so forth committed theses acts by "choice"; however their is always someone to make excuses for them based on "scientific" research that is apt to change. My question to "you" is where do you divide the line between immoral and morale?
