I can't stand her anymore!!!!!?

Everyone works with someone annoying, but I think I found the winner. This woman comes to my desk ALL DAY LONG and just spouts off useless crap. She will not stop talking and when she has nothing to say she just stands there smiling like a buffoon. She's about 40 with kids and she makes my blood curdle. I try turning around like I'm busy and she just keeps talking. What can I do to get her away from me?!
