Do I have a chance at these UC's?

In general, I think you have very little to worry about. The only thing I wonder about is if the UCs will all take the ACT in lieu of the SAT - when I look at UC Berkeley's page on the College Board's website, for example, they say that 99% submitted SAT I scores, and they don't mention the ACT at all.
