Not particularly. If you know the history of Arlington National Cemetery, you will know that the land was essentially stolen from the Lee family. (The family won it back in a court case in the 1870s, but by that time there were several thousand dead soldiers buried there and it was thus unusable for any other purpose. They sold it back to the Federal government.)
