Cool Way to display fabric Swatches/Samples?

So i have this project for theatre and im doing it over Sweeny Todd and i am making it more modern like in todays time and for costume designs i was planning on getting some pictures off internet and then going to the fabric store and getting samples of the fabric i would use but i dont know what is a cool way to display the fabric i was thinking of going to IKEA and buying the liitle wooden people they have and making a mini costume and putting it on them but i dont know how i would do that exactly so if you can maybe give me and idea of how to do that or give me some diffrent ideas that would be cool thanks!
